Cement Screw Conveyors and Feeders - ES
ES Screw Conveyors and Feeders are used for conveying or feeding cement and materials similar to cement mainly in concrete batching plants but also in other building materials processing plants.
ES Screw Conveyors and Feeders are manufactured from carbon steel with suitable surface finishing and powder coating. They are made up from a tubular trough equipped with at least one inlet and outlet spout, a welded flange at each tube end, helicoid screw flighting welded on a centre pipe with coupling bush at each end, two end bearing assemblies complete with self-adjusting shaft seal (one of the bearing assemblies is integrated into the drive unit), and a number of intermediate hanger bearings depending on the overall length. ES Screw Conveyors and Feeders are equipped with a gear motor that suits the application.

Filler Dust Screw Feeders & Conveyors -THF-TCF
The THF / TCF Screw Feeder and Conveyor range for Filler Dust is a specialised product line for the Asphalt Mixing industry.
THF / TCF Filler Dust Screw Feeders and Conveyors are highly versatile offering numerous solutions for feeding or conveying fine, dusty powders. THF / TCF are manufactured from carbon steel with a suitable surface finishing. They are made up from a tubular trough equipped with at least one inlet and outlet spout, a welded flange at each tube end, helicoid screw flighting welded on a centre pipe with a coupling bush at each end, two end bearing assemblies complete with self-adjusting shaft seal suitable for filler dust. This type of screw, which comes without intermediate bearings, is equipped with a gear motor that suits the application.
Vertical Screw Conveyors- VE
he VE Vertical Screw Lift System consists of a Horizontal Screw Feeder and a Vertical Screw Conveyor.
The Horizontal Screw Feeder feeding material from a silo or hopper or conveying it fed by an upstream feeding device, consists of a U-shaped or tubular carbon steel trough with appropriate surface finishing. The outlet zone of the horizontal screw feeder consists of a short tubular section tangentially flanged at a right angle on the bottom section of the Vertical Screw Conveyor. A flange is welded at each end of the Horizontal Screw Feeder. The trough or tube contains a rotating screw with coupling bushes at each end connected with the shafts of the two end bearing assemblies. The Horizontal Screw Feeder is equipped with one or more intermediate hanger bearings should its overall length require them. Furthermore, the Horizontal Screw Feeder is equipped with a drive unit suitable for the application.
The Vertical Screw Conveyor consists of a tubular housing complete with the above-mentioned tangential inlet in the bottom section which connects with the outlet of the Horizontal Screw Feeder, an inclined outlet spout in the top section, end flanges welded on each conveyor tube section, a rotating screw in one or more sections with shaft coupling bush at each end, a base bearing assembly complete with slide bush, and a number of intermediate hanger bearings should the overall height of the conveyor require them. The top-mounted drive unit with integrated end bearing assembly (from which the screw is suspended) and self-adjusting shaft seal is suitable for the application.
The VE Vertical Screw Lift System is available in a medium heavy-duty version only.
Vibrating Type Dust Collectors –SILOV2I-R02
SILOTOP is a cylindrically shaped dust collector for venting of pneumatically filled silos. Its stainless steel body contains vertically mounted, POLYPLEAT filter elements. The Vibrating cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection cover.
Dust separated from the air flow by special POLYPLEAT filter elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic vibrating cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements. Round shape 14 Filtering element inside.
Reverse Pulse Jet Type Dust Collector –SILOTOPR03
SILOTOP is a cylindrically shaped dust collector for venting of pneumatically filled silos. Its stainless steel body contains vertically mounted, POLYPLEAT filter elements. The air jet cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection cover.
Dust separated from the air flow by special POLYPLEAT filter elements drops back into the silo after an integrated automatic reverse air jet cleaning system inside the weather protection cover has removed it from the filter elements. Rectangular shape 7 Filtering element inside.
Ground Mounted Dust Collector –SILOV2G

Membrane Pressure Relief Valves -VHS-C
VHS-C Pressure Relief Valves – the evolution of the VHS-type – consist of a cylindrically shaped polymer body with flanged connection spigot to the silo, an exhaust outlet elbow for duct connection, an elastic membrane able to re-establish pressure balance instantaneously, a counterweight kit to keep the valve closed under normal conditions, and a weather protection cover.
Spring-Loaded Pressure Relief Valves -VCP
VCP Pressure Relief Valves consist of a cylindrical casing with a bottom flange to be connected with a spigot welded on the silo roof, a disc shape inner steel lid for negative pressure operation held in position by a central spring rod, an outside steel ring for excess pressure kept in position by three spring rods, gaskets, and a weather protection cover.
Butterfly Valves -VFS
VFS Butterfly Valves consist of two high-pressure aluminium alloy die-cast semi-bodies, a SINT polymer composite or cast iron swivel disc, and a pre-stressed elastomer seal.
For the food industry a version with stainless steel disc and an FDA/EN-approved, integral seal is available.
While V1FS has a top flange and beaded bottom section – suitable for the attachment of a flexible sleeve – V2FS comes with identical top and bottom flange.

Pneumatic Actuators -CP
CP Pneumatic Actuators are suitable for 90-degree opening and closing of WAM Butterfly Valves, WAM VSS-type Ball Segment Valves, as well as WAM DVA-type Diverter Flap Valves.
CP actuators come with splined shaft coupling bush according to DIN 5482
Operating pressure amounts to 2 ~ 8 bar (29 ~ 116 PSI).
Bin Level Indicators- ILT
ILT-type Bin Level Indicators are designed for electric signalling by rotary action of minimum or maximum material level inside bins, hoppers or silos.
As soon as the material level reaches the measuring paddle rotation is blocked. As soon as the material level sinks below the paddle radius, rotation restarts activating other system components. The top or side-mounted indicators are commonly used for powdery and granular materials.
